WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CARE FOR MY JEWELLERY?

To preserve the longevity of your jewellery, please remove them while exercising, showering or swimming. Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions or hair products. Do not use harsh chemicals or oils as this may affect the finishing of your jewellery. 

WHAT DO I DO IF MY JEWELLERY STARTS TO CHANGE COLOUR?

Each person produces natural body oils, these oils can make metals react differently. Gold plated jewellery will change colour naturally over time, depending on your body chemistry and normal wear. Unfortunately, this process is non-reversible.

DO I HAVE A JEWELLERY ALLERGY?

If you are allergic or sensitive to metals, we would advice against buying brass or copper based jewellery. Instead, opt for our 925 Sterling Silver or Stainless Steel jewellery.

DO YOU OFFER JEWELLERY GUARANTEES OR REPAIRS?

Unfortunately we do not offer a replacement or repair service. However, we will be looking into offering this in the future.
