How long does it take to receive my order? (Dakar)

Please allow between 12 and 24 hours for us to prepare your order and ship it. Please note that custom orders take 3-5 weeks to be designed and made!

Please allow 24 hours for us to prepare your order and 1-2 working days for shipping, via La poste or YOBANTÉ EXPRESS. Please note that custom order can take 3-5 weeks to be designed and made!

How long does it take to receive my order? (International)

Please allow 48 hours for us to prepare your order and 3-5 working days for shipping via the Express service or 5-10 via the Royal Mail Standard service. Please note that custom orders take 3-5 weeks to be designed and made!

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges with exceptions

Can I get my jewellery wet?

We do not recommend getting any type of jewellery wet with water, perfume or lotion. Constant contact with liquids can reduce the longevity of the plating and accelerate tarnishing. 

What materials are your jewellery made with?

A lot of our jewellery is made up of various metals and so have different compositions. Metals included in our jewellery collection include, gold, stainless steel, sterling silver and brass. For those who may have an allergy to certain metals, please view our sterling silver collection which is 100% hypoallergenic. For more information, please view the description of each product.
